In this task we want you to compare the main differences between parliamentary elections in Norway and the UK.
Main task:
You have been asked to compare parliamentary elections in the UK and Norway. Your audience is a group of English students your age. The challenge is to take all of your knowledge about the UK General Election and combine and contrast it with the main points below.
There are many details about the Norwegian system that we have not included here, as we do not want you to get lost in details. Remember that the main aim is to give an overview of the main differences between the British and the Norwegian voting system.
If you have time, feel free to comment on more details i.e. the difference between how the members of Parliament physically sit in Stortinget vs. the House of Commons.
