Drone

This documentary presents CIA’s secret drone wars. We meet the drone pilots and the victims of drone warfare.

What is it like to kill people on the other side of the world while you sit in a bunker in Nevada holding a joystick? What does it do to the people involved? What is it like to live with remote-controlled death hovering over your head? What is the moral stance of the engineers behind the technology? How do world leaders today engage in wars? How have drones changed our perception of what it means to ‘go to war’?

This documentary tries to answer many of these questions, and it has become an important contribution to debates over a method of warfare that is in its infancy.
