How does punctuation change meaning?
Here, you will find the same sentences written with different punctuation. Work with a partner and discuss how the meaning of the sentences changes as the punctuation changes.
Write
Keep the list of punctuation marks in English in front of you and write a short text (about 400 words) where you use as many of them as possible.
Then, work in a group and study each other's texts. Look for any mistakes that are made with punctuation marks. If you are unsure whether the usage is correct, consult your teacher.
