Film: Desert Flower

The film Desert Flower is based on Waris Dirie's autobiography. The film follows Waris Dirie's life, from growing up in a Somali nomad family to becoming an internationally acclaimed fashion model. The film puts focus on issues such as immigration, child marriage, and female genital mutilation.
