Writing task
After watching the video, write a short text with the title "Why do we eat spicy food?" It might help to watch the video once more and take notes. Writing a summary of a longer text (like this video) challenges you to decide what information is important and what is just added details. You will also have to use your language skills to transform your notes into a coherent text. Remember to clearly mark any word-for-word quotations.
Discussion task
In your life, who do you know who likes spicy food? Can you see any trends for what culture they grew up in?
