Preparing and practising for a stressful situation, like a job interview, can help calm your nerves, boost your confidence, and help you present yourself at your best.

Confidence and attitude are very important when preparing for a job interview. Remember that if you have been called in for a job interview, it is because you deserve to be there and because they believe you are qualified for the job.
